The Terms of Use Agreement

1. About E-mail Magazine

1) There is no limit to the number of subscribers.

2) The E-mail Magazine service is free of charge (excluding any access call charges).

3) To protect against computer viruses we do not send any file attachments. (Any e-mail with a file attachment is not legitimate and should be deleted)

2. Subscription and Cancellation

1) The process of subscription to and cancellation of the E-mail Magazine service is left to each subscriber. Subscription and cancellation cannot be carried out by sending an e-mail reply to the "Inquiry" or "Contact Us" message box.

2) Those who submit subscription requests after 4:00 am on Thursday (day of weekly publication) will receive their first E-mail Magazine the following week. We cannot re-deliver the E-mail Magazine, so please refer to back issues on the official website of the Prime Minister and His Cabinet (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") if necessary.

3) Subscriptions will be automatically cancelled if our mailing program fails to deliver a magazine three consecutive times (three consecutive weeks).

3. Others

1) The E-mail Magazine will not be re-sent, regardless of any problems in receiving the e-mail by the subscriber. Please refer to back issues on the Site in the case of an e-mail failure.

2) Comments and suggestions cannot be sent to us by replying to the e-mail from our office. Please go to the "Contact Us" section on the top of the E-mail Magazine website to send us a message.

3) If you receive an E-mail Magazine with suspicious content, please refer to the back issue on the Site for comparison. If the E-mail Magazine you received differs from the back issue, please contact us immediately using the "Contact Us" button on the Site.

4) Your personal information, including your e-mail address, will be used only for the delivery and management of the E-mail Magazine. Statistical data from optional questionnaires, such as the number of subscribers by age and sex, may be reported publicly at times. (See our Privacy Policy)
