| Q: | I have registered as a subscriber, but a confirmation mail has not arrived. | |
| A: | The reason for the confirmation mail not arriving could be the following: | |
| 1. | Your registration has not been completed. | |
| 2. | The e-mail address that you have entered was incorrect. | |
| In order to deal with either 1. or 2., go through the registration process once again. Once registration is completed, a confirmation mail will be delivered. If a confirmation mail does not arrive after the second attempt, contact the webmaster through "Inquiry." | ||
| Q: | Is it possible to change the registered e-mail address? | |
| A: | With the current registration system, it is not possible to change the registered e-mail address. Delete the existing registration and register anew if you would like to change your e-mail address. | |
| (About Delivery) | ||
| Q: | The delivery of e-mail magazine has been stopped. | |
| A: | The reason for the e-mail magazine not being delivered could be due to the following: | |
| 1. | As the number of subscribers increases, some internet service providers may mistakenly identify the e-mail magazine as spam and stop delivery for security reasons. In this case, consult with your provider. | |
| Q: | Double copies of the e-mail magazine are delivered. | |
| A: | At the time of registration, checks are implemented to ensure that an already registered e-mail address is not registered more than once. It is therefore systemically impossible to be sent double copies of the e-mail magazine. The cause of the problem could be due to the following: | |
| 1. | You have already registered with another e-mail address, which is set-up to forward the e-mail magazine to the address. | |
| 2. | The e-mail magazine is being sent from a different mailing list of which you are a member. To deal with these problems, in the case of 1., cancel the forwarding set-up on your e-mail account, and in the case of 2., consult with the webmaster of the mailing list of which you are a member. | |
| (Note) The registration system is programmed not to send double copies, so if you attempt to delete one of these deliveries, your entire registration will be deleted. | ||

| A: | We do not send back numbers to individual e-mail accounts. Please find the back numbers on our website. | |
| Q: | E-mail magazine with an attachment has been delivered. | |
| A: | To prevent the proliferation of viruses, files are not attached to the e-mail magazine. Any e-mail purporting to be the e-mail magazine that has a file attached is a fake and should be deleted. | |
| (About Cancellation of Registration) | ||
| Q: | I am unable to cancel my subscriber registration. | |
| A: | The cause for not being able to cancel the registration and for not being delivered a cancellation notification even after the cancellation procedure could be due to the following: | |
| 1. | There was a mistake in the upper and lower case input of the registered e-mail address. | |
| 2. | The e-mail address you are attempting to cancel is not the one registered, and the e-mail magazine is forwarded from another address that has been registered. | |
| To deal with these problems, in the case of 1., at the time of registration even if upper case and lower case letters were input incorrectly, it is possible for the e-mail magazine to be delivered. However, when cancelling the registration, if the upper and lower case letters are not input exactly as they were at the time of registration, cancellation will be rejected. Input the e-mail address exactly as you did at the time of registration in order to cancel your registration. In the case of 2., cancel the forwarding set-up on the other e-mail account. | ||
